One hundred and seventeen artists and industry professionals have been named as nominees for this fall’s Music NL awards.
Winners in each category will be announced during Music Week celebrations taking place October 1st to the 4th in St. John’s.
Executive Director of MusicNL, Tamara Kater, says selecting the nominees wasn’t a simple process.
She admits, “it takes a bit of time, but it’s well worth it, and we’re really proud of the array of artists….it’s a really lovely list.”
Tickets for the October 1st gala go on sale starting today at noon.
