A woman having a liquid lunch has been charged with drunk driving after being stopped by police in Sheshatshiu.

RCMP pulled over the 28-year-old at 12:45 Thursday afternoon, but she refused to give them a breath sample. She has been charged with drunk driving and has had her driver’s licence and vehicle seized.

Refusing the breathalyzer carries the same penalties as failing the test.
