A homeowner who returned to their downtown residence around 9:00 last night was surprised to find a guest in the house.
The intruder fled, the homeowner called the RNC, and officers weren’t long in getting there. They tracked down a 35-year-old man within minutes and took him to the lockup.
He will appear today on charges of break and enter.
