RCMP seized a side-by-side after receiving complaints about a machine driving erratically in Bunyan’s Cove. A 51-year-old man is now facing charges of operating a vehicle while prohibited and failure to comply with court-imposed conditions.
Police were contacted around 3:00 p.m. Friday about an ATV being driven erratically in the community.
Darrin Hobbs was stopped and arrested without incident.
The machine was seized by police.
