Even Premier Dwight Ball is getting in on the craze surrounding Jimmy Kimmel’s fascination with Dildo.
Premier Dwight Ball today tweeted out an invitation to Kimmel to come to Newfoundland.

He says LA in August is too hot, and promises that Kimmel will fall in love with the province.
Meanwhile, Kimmel responded in kind.

Dildo Back on Kimmel Tonight
Expect to see a whole lot more of Dildo, Newfoundland when you tune to Jimmy Kimmel Live this evening.
Producers were in the community yesterday filming as residents and curiosity seekers jammed the streets of the tiny Trinity Bay community.
Kimmel discovered the town’s name quite by accident, spurring a huge amount of international attention.
Andrew Pretty is on the Dildo Local Service District. He says the spotlight has been amazing. He calls it wonderful exposure.
Residents happily put out campaign signs and banners advertising Kimmel for Mayor and Jimmy loves Dildo, as part of the gag.
Crowds Pack Dildo After Boost from Kimmel
The Trinity Bay town of Dildo is all abuzz with its new-found celebrity status.
Residents have embraced whole-heartedly the attention being given to the town thanks to the late night American television program, Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Kimmel had previously announced he intends to run for Mayor of Dildo, and Holywood and Dildo are now twinned as part of the gag.
The town was “bursting at the seams” with tourists and traffic over the weekend.
The community is festooned with signs reading Jimmy Loves (heart) Dildo and Kimmell for Mayor.
