Opposition to the planned closure of the Railway Coastal Museum is growing.
Kathy Foley studied folklore at school and is an ardent history buff. She is astounded with the lack of information on what led to the decision, and what happens next.
She’s planning a protest outside the museum on Water Street West tomorrow at noon and she’s hoping like-minded individuals will join her.
She says there are thousands of former railway employees in the province for whom the railway is living history. She calls it a “slap in the face.”
