For the second time in less than 24 hours a driver was arrested owing over $15,000 in fines in the metro area.
RNC pulled a man over on his motorcycle in Kilbride around 10:00 yesterday morning.
He was issued tickets for having no insurance, no license and failing to transfer ownership.
The driver was held for court and his vehicle was impounded.
This comes about nine hours after another driver, also owing $15,000 in fines, was arrested in the west end of St. John’s. That man appeared in court yesterday.
