The sister of a man whose dairy farm was devastated by fire last month is thankful for support shown in the wake of the disaster.

Fire struck the main barn at Woodland Farms in the Goulds on the night of February 22nd, killing dozens of dairy cows.

Michelle Dinn lives in Ireland, thousands of kilometres from her brother Michael and his family.

She says not being home has been especially hard.

In the meantime, the support and many acts of kindness shown to Michael Dinn and his family in the wake of the fire has been much appreciated and has helped lift her brother’s spirits, says Michelle.
