A recent drug seizure in Sheshatshiu has resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for a man on a drug-related charge.
51-year-old Frederick Osmond of Sheshatshiu is wanted on charges of trafficking in cocaine, possession of a firearm while prohibited and four counts of tailing to comply with a court order.
33 grams of cocaine, 50 grams of contraband cannabis, and drug paraphernalia were removed from the home, and a firearm was also seized.
RCMP say Osmond, who is already facing charges before the courts, has been evading police since the search of the home.
