Applications to Memorial University for undergraduate programs are up just about 18 per cent compared to last year.
The most notable increase comes from International students, increasing by nearly 47 per cent.
Applications from Newfoundland and Labrador students were up three per cent, and applications from across Canada were up about 13 per cent.
As of March 1, a total of 5,641 applications were received for the Fall 2021 semester. MUN continues to accept undergraduate applications for moist programs until August 13.
