Eastern Health is increasing services that were suspended due to the COVID-19 outbreak in metro.
Services will vary depending on the location as the Avalon is under Alert Level 4 restrictions, while the rest of the region is under Level 3.
Services are expanding to outpatient visits, testing, surgery, and procedures such as medical imaging and blood collection.
A temporary phone line is available for those with questions about their appointments. Patients can call 1-833-752-4500 for the status of their appointment.
