Labrador community groups are receiving $260,000 from the federal government.
The money from the Emergency Community Support Fund will be distributed to many different groups including women’s shelters, seniors’ groups and Indigenous organizations.
The biggest portion is going to the NunatuKavut Community Council, with the group receiving just under $100,000.
