A 23-year-old man from Piccadilly was arrested and his ATV seized for driving impaired this weekend.
Shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday, an RCMP officer noticed the man driving on the main road in the community.
The officer approached the man when he stopped at a store. He failed a breath test and was released to appear in court at a later date on charges of impaired driving.
