Snowclearing has begun on Dome Mountain Road in Happy Valley-Goose Bay to prevent spring washout caused by the runoff of melting snow and ice.
Barricades will be placed west of the 4-way intersection near building 1236 so the road is closed off while the work is ongoing.
5 Wing Goose Bay is asking that the public avoid the area until the snow removal equipment and barricades have been removed from the area.
The work is expected to last until April 30th.
