Newfoundland and Labrador’s regional health authorities have started opening up vaccination appointments for those identified as clinically extremely vulnerable, ages 16 and up.
Eastern, Western, and Central Health issued notice on Friday afternoon, suggesting that those who meet the criteria read the COVID-19 vaccine information pertaining to their conditions, and speak with their doctor if they have any questions.
A list of clinically extremely vulnerable conditions and frequently asked questions is available on the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s COVID-19 website.
The regional health authorities encourage residents to book their appointments online.
