A man was arrested following a complaint of a theft at a St. John’s business on Saturday night.
Just before 10 p.m., officers arrived at the business on Ropewalk Lane where the suspect was still in the area.
A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with theft.
After further investigation police determined the man had been under a court order not to be in the business. The man was held for court.
