Memorial University is holding a “Mini-Med School”.
The four-week virtual program will start on Wednesday and looks to give participants a taste of what it is like to be in Med School, by allowing them to experience the types of lectures students in the Faculty of Medicine normally receive.
The lectures will be held on Wednesday evenings and cover topics such as vaccines, palliative care, trauma, and medical cannabis.
The cost to enroll is $75 for adults and $25 for students and seniors.
