A Twillingate man linked to more than a dozen suspicious fires last year will stand trial in November.
35-year-old Adam Rumbolt faces three counts of arson in connection with 14 fires between May and September of 2020.
No injuries were reported but the incidents kept firefighters scrambling to put out blazes in abandoned buildings and wooded areas.
Rumbolt has pleaded not guilty and elected trial by judge in Gander Provincial Court. He has been released on conditions until his trial which is due to start November 22.
Rumbolt faced similar charges in 2009 after a two-storey structure in Carbonear burned to the ground.
