A 21-year-old man is facing impaired driving by drug charges after driving erratically in Conception Bay South early this morning.
Around 1:30 a.m., police stopped a car in CBS after being notified of a possible impaired driver. The 21-year-old driver was charged with drugged driving and was issued a ticket for having an open container of cannabis in the vehicle.
The driver’s license was suspended and his vehicle was seized. He was released to appear in court at a later date.
