As the province’s tourism sector looks to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, Hospitality NL is looking to recruit people to become part of the industry.

The organization is hosting a virtual job fair this coming Wednesday for the central and western portions of the island, as well as Labrador.

A similar event was held last week focusing on the eastern portion of the island.

Chair of Hospitality NL, Brenda O’Rielly, calls 2021 a “pivotal” year for the industry as businesses reopen and recover from the pandemic, which she argues is a great environment for new employees to learn.
