Another Great White shark is paying a visit to Newfoundland waters.
The juvenile known as Monomoy pinged just off Port aux Basques yesterday morning according to the US-based shark research group, OCEARCH.
The 6-foot 7-inch male came to the surface just off Southwest Point just outside the entry to Port aux Basques Harbour. Just ten days earlier the shark was swimming at the mouth of the Bay of Fundy.
Meanwhile, Helena is still hanging around off the coast of the Southern Avalon. The 12-foot 5-inch female shark, weighing in at nearly 2,000 pounds pinged most recently on July 19.
