RNC are searching for a man wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant, who is believed to be in the Northeast Avalon.
Clayton Misener, a 46-year-old from St. Catharines, Ontario is wanted for the abduction of his two 12-year-old twins, Paige and Alexandra Misener.
The girls are not believed to be in any danger.
Misener is believed to be driving a grey 4-door 2006 Toyota Corolla with an Ontario licence plate reading CSWH 819.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
