Another parking meter vandal was arrested last night.
Around 12:30 a.m. a man was seen in the Duckworth Street area damaging a parking meter.
St. John’s has suffered an explosion of parking meter vandalism, forcing the City to look for new solutions to downtown parking.
RNC caught up with the 38-year-old and charged him with mischief for the meter and also breach of court orders.
He was held for court.
