Three drivers in the metro region are all facing similar fates this morning after being taken off the roads for impaired driving.

Police arrested the first driver, a 43-year-old man, just after 10 p.m.last night in the Cowan Heights area. About 10 minutes later another driver, this time a 37-year-old woman, was arrested on Topsail Road. Then around 3 a.m. a third driver, a 34-year-old man, was arrested in the capital city’s downtown.

All three are charged with impaired driving, had their vehicles seized, and were released to appear in court at a later date.
