The Terra Nova FPSO has arrived in Spain as part of work to extend the vessel’s life by another decade.
The vessel and its crew arrived in the country on Tuesday.
Before it departed Newfoundland, additional maintenance work was completed at the Bull Arm fabrication site.
Last September, Suncor announced that it had finalized an agreement to move ahead with the asset life extension of the Terra Nova Project.
It’s anticipated that the Terra Nova will return to full operations before the end of the year.
