The RNC is investigating multiple robberies late Saturday night.
At approximately 11:00 p.m. officers responded to a business in the Portugal Cove – St. Philips area with the K9 Unit, but the suspect had already fled the scene.
Later, at around 2:00 a.m. police received a report of a robbery at a business in the city centre of St. John’s.
The suspect was unable to be located upon arrival.
There were no injuries in either incident.
The investigations continue.
