Payment forms for the Residential Construction Rebate Program are due at the end of the month.

The deadline to submit payment forms for previously approved projects under the program is set for January 31.

The program provided home owners with either a 25 percent rebate for renovation projects for principle residences up to $10,000 or a rebate of $10,000 dollars for new home construction on homes valued up to $350,000.

All renovations had to be completed by the end of last November.
