A 31-year-old man is facing charges in connection with a break-in at a business in CBS early Saturday morning.
At approximately 2:00 a.m. officers responded to a call of a break and enter in progress.
On-scene, police located a man inside the business, who fled on foot.
RNC caught up with the suspect a short distance away, where he was arrested and charged with break and enter, property damage, and theft over $5,000.
He was held to appear in provincial court.
