Two men are behind bars this morning following separate incidents in the metro region on Saturday.

At approximately 4:00 p.m. RNC officers arrested a 19-year-old man for property damage and breach of court orders after a disturbance in St. John’s.

The man was held to appear in court.

Then, at around 11:00 p.m. police were called to another residence in the area, this time arresting a 38-year-old man who was charged with assault causing bodily harm and breach of release order.

He too was held to appear in court.
