The capital city has launched a two-week public consultation process to provide information on a traffic calming policy review.
Councillor Maggie Burton says a number of methods are used to help manage traffic in neighbourhoods, and the city receives requests every year for traffic calming measures in certain areas.
She says before the city finalizes updates to the existing policy they want to hear from the public, with a goal to help improve the management of traffic calming requests.
Residents can have a look at what is being considered and complete an online survey at the city’s engage St. John’s site. The deadline for feeback is February 7.
