A 39-year-old man is facing multiple charges after an incident in the capital city on Thursday afternoon.

A person wanted on several outstanding warrants was spotted at a business in the east end of St. John’s around 4:30.

The RNC moved in, only to find that he had also committed a theft.

He was held to appear in court on charges of theft and breach of a court order.
