A driver with a learner’s permit learned a lesson about speeding following an incident in Bonavista North Saturday.
New-Wes-Valley RCMP seized the vehicle and ticketed the driver for operating an uninsured vehicle at speeds of more than 51 km/h over the speed limit.
In addition, the driver didn’t have an appropriate accompanying driver with them at the time.
