The Brad Gushue rink is now facing a must-win tomorrow against Great Britain, as they dropped a nail-biter to the Russians.
The Russians led the way for the majority of the game, but Team Canada put the pressure on late, scoring two in the tenth to force an extra end. Russia drew to the button to end it with the hammer in the 1st extra end.
Gushue now sits at 5 wins and 3 losses, making tomorrow’s game at 9:30 NST a must win for the team to secure a playoff spot.
