The province is reviewing a cabin development on Crown land near scheduled salmon rivers in Labrador.
No new Crown land applications for cabin development in those areas will be registered until the review is complete.
The review is being conducted by the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture in cooperation with the departments of Environment, Tourism and Indigenous Affairs.
The review will also include public engagement and discussion with Indigenous governments and organizations.
