For the first time in 11 weeks, fuel prices are going to drop in Newfoundland and Labrador. Analyst Dan McTeague says gas will go down by 1.5 cents tomorrow with diesel also going down but by an even greater margin—3.3 cents.
While oil prices are up this week, they dropped last week by 3 to 5 dollars a barrel which is responsible for the relief.
McTeague, president of Canadians for Affordable Energy, says home heating fuel will also go down tomorrow—by about 2.5 cents.
