Hospitality NL is hosting its first in-person conference and trade show since the pandemic struck.

General Manager of the Clarenville Inn, Bonita Critch, echoed the concerns of many operators gathered in St. John’s this week.

She says staffing remains an issue and the availability of rental vehicles on the island is another pressing problem. She’s hopeful, however, that following a series of recent meetings that problem can be addressed.
