Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro has restructured its finance department to be under one vice-president.

Lisa Hutchens will now lead the group as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The position of Vice President of Finance, Churchill Falls and Muskrat Falls, has been eliminated, resulting in Jim Meany leaving the company.

They say the rate mitigation tasks that Meany was responsible for are “substantially complete.” According to Hydro, the next phase of the rate mitigation work is focused more outside the financial realm.
