The provincial government is seeking public input as part of a review of the Animal Health and Protection Act.

The act, first enacted into legislation in 2012, was last reviewed in 2017.

An online questionnaire and options for providing written feedback are available on the EngageNL site.

As well, government is contacting stakeholder groups directly to participate in virtual engagement sessions next month. Anyone interested in doing a presentation is asked to contact the department.
