Cocaine, cash, scales, imitation firearms, and other items were recently seized from a home in Corner Brook as part of an investigation targeting illicit drug trafficking in the area.

The RCMP-RNC Join Force Operation West conducted a search of a home on Curling Street, seizing items they call indicative of drug trafficking.

A 55-year-old Corner Brook man was arrested inside the home and released to appear in court at a later date.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are expected.
