The St. John’s SPCA are reopening its Spay and Neuter Assistance Program later this month.
SNAP helps those who may not be able to afford to get their pets spayed or neutered pay for the procedure.
Starting Wednesday, May 25, the SPCA will be accepting 100 new applications for surgery dates between July and September.
