Parking restrictions will be in place in and around Confederation Building Monday and Tuesday in preparation for the Royal visit.
Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall will be visiting the capital city Monday and Tuesday.
Parking in front of the east block of Confederation Building on Prince Philip Drive will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, while parking at the rear of East Block near the House of Assembly entrance will be available to those with parking permits.
Parking at the eastern parking lot of Confederation Building, near the College of the North Atlantic campus will be prohibited as the lot is reserved for the Canadian Armed Forces Gun Salute and members of the public who want to view the Royal visit proceedings.
Area residents can expect loud noise stemming from the ceremony and gun salute between 1:55 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17th.
Parking restrictions will be lifted at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
