Parking restrictions will be in place in and around Confederation Building today and tomorrow in preparation for the Royal Tour.
Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, will be visiting the capital city today and tomorrow.
Parking in front of the east block of Confederation Building on Prince Philip Drive will be closed today and tomorrow, while parking at the rear of East Block near the House of Assembly entrance will be available to those with permits.
Parking at the eastern lot of Confederation Building, near the College of the North Atlantic campus will be prohibited as the lot is reserved for the Canadian Armed Forces Gun Salute and members of the public who wish to view the Royal visit proceedings.
Area residents can expect loud noise stemming from the ceremony and gun salute tomorrow between 1:55 and 3:00 p.m.
Parking restrictions will be lifted after that time.
