Christopher Alexander says the pandemic has proven to many people that they can live where they want and still work remotely.
Alexander says while interest in the recreational market has increased considerably across the country, the recreational property market in Newfoundland and Labrador is lower.
In the meantime, the general affordability of Newfoundland and Labrador properties may prove more attractive for buyers from outside the province.
