Susan Walsh has been nominated to become the province’s new Seniors’ Advocate.
A resolution was introduced in the House of Assembly Monday to name Walsh to the role.
She has had an extensive career with the provincial government, working with them for over three decades.
Most recently, she served as the Deputy Minister in the Department of Children, Seniors, and Social Development. She holds a master of social work degree and is a registered social worker in the province.
