Belbin is charged with aggravated assault and robbery with violence in connection with a stabbing on George Street, while the others face weapons charges ranging from trafficking to possession and careless use of illegal guns.
The arrests were made over the past several days, soon after gunfire at an apartment building and an east-end home, which was also firebombed.
Police also seized a number of firearms from the Brookfield Road area in connection with the investigation, which includes incidents dating back to May 13.
The RNC suggests more arrests are pending.
