The Masonic Temple in downtown St. John’s has new owners.
Morgan and Duncan MacRea are hoping to keep the public informed of their plans for the building.
Morgan MacRea grew up in CBS but now calls Victoria, BC home.
She says as a “community member at a distance” she wanted to keep a connection to the province. Duncan MacRea says they envision a space that encapsulates the province’s culture, including food and drink.
Spirit of Newfoundland will continue to operate its dinner theatre in the building for the foreseeable future as planning continues.
