A CBS man is facing charges for two recent break, enter and thefts involving heavy machinery.
On July 18, a backhoe was stolen and used to break into the Medicine Shoppe in Pasadena. Six days later, a stolen cube van was used to break into the North Atlantic Gas Station in Steady Brook. Both businesses were extensively damaged.
Twenty-seven-year-old Joshua Weir has been charged with two counts of break, enter, and theft, break and enter with intent, and three counts of mischief over $5,000.
He remains in custody.
