A group formed in the 70s and famous for their holiday classic, Mary’s Boy Child, is coming to the Mary Brown’s Centre just in time for Christmas.
Boney M, an Afro-German-Caribbean pop act founded in Germany during the disco era by Frank Farian, has sold more than 100 million records worldwide.
The group had eight number one hits on the European charts including Rivers of Babylon, Rasputin, and Mary’s Boy Child.
Boney M is touring Atlantic Canada and will be playing the Mary Brown’s Centre on December 22 and Corner Brook on December 20.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, September 23 at 12:00 p.m.
