Adventure Central Newfoundland toasted some of the best of what tourism operators have to offer during their recent AGM in Grand Falls-Windsor.

The destination management organization handed out its Bergy Awards in celebration of residents, businesses, organizations and communities.

The Experience of the Year award went to Al’s Walking Tour of Tilting and Oliver’s Cove, while the town of Triton captured the Municipalities Tourism Champion of the Year award. Islands’ Villa won Accommodator of the Year and Adeline Rogan was named Tourism Ambassador of the Year.

Adventure Central also installed its board of directors.
