The push is on for donations in the final days of the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign.
Major Jamie Locke says the campaign has been a success but they need help to reach their fundraising goal of $1 million.
Locke is asking people to consider donating to the campaign which funds a number of Salvation Army initiatives throughout the year.
He says a donation is for a worthwhile cause to fund vital work.
They’re hoping people will consider helping them in their final push as many set out to finish their holiday shopping.
Kettles can be found at a number of retailers including the Avalon Mall and Village Shopping Centre, as well as Costco.
